Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 can water
  • salt, pepper, garlic salt
  • 2 T wine vinegar
  • 2 teas thyme
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 2 cans baked beans

Preparation

Cook beef and veggies in hot fat. Add tomato sauce, etc. Cook 5min, pour over beans, bake 45 min at 375 or more.
